What is HOSA?
HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) is a global, student-led organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Its mission is to empower students to become leaders in the global health community through education, collaboration, and hands-on experience.

The HOSA Program at CMS

  • Healthcare Focus: The program prepares future healthcare professionals through Health Science education, skill development, and career exploration.
  • Competitive Events: Members compete in over 60 different health-related events ranging from medical terminology and health career displays to emergency preparedness.
  • The Nationals Achievement: After sweeping the State competition, our CMS team is now headed to the HOSA International Leadership Conference (ILC), where top-performing members from around the world gather for fierce competition and leadership development.

Please join us in congratulating our amazing CMS HOSA students on this historic and monumental first-year achievement!
